The property has a deeded ROW to the Kennebunk River so you can launch your own kayak or canoe right into the Kennebunk River.  Paddle down river to the Kennebunkport  bridge, land at the parking area, and explore Dock Square on foot.  Paddle or walk with your children within the safety of the River Locks neighborhood to Picnic Rock, a large glacial boulder, for picnicking, swimming, or just to relax. Walk or bike to Kennebunkport shops and restaurants, take your free beach pass and go to one of the many Kennebunk beaches, launch your kayak on the Kennebunk River, or just relax looking out over the conservation land in your backyard from your cedar deck or screened in porch.

In the Kennebunks there are 5 great area beaches, whale watch tours, lighthouses to visit and scenic seaside drives. You will not want to miss Walkers Point, the Wedding Cake House, and a tour of the Nott House. You may want to visit the Arundel Barn Playhouse, the Sea Shore Trolley Museum or the Brick Store Museum.  Relax after a day at the beach and enjoy a BBQ on your cedar deck and relax in the screened in porch, all bordered by conservation land.

Rental periods run Saturday to Saturday, check-out is 10:00AM, check-in is 3:00PM. Sorry, we do not rent partial weeks. Please check the online calendar for available dates before sending an inquiry. Please be aware that the summer weeks book early, (8+ months in advance).
